DREAD ON TOUR

Reflections on a heart filling and beautiful two and half week A-Sun Amissa tour in the UK and Europe...

Getting to play music and travel with this project is an absolute joy right now... @claire_knox_ and @lukeguitars brought it every single night and it felt like we delivered our noise and pushed ourselves to some new heights on this run. The new album 'We Are Not Our Dread' got a run out in full at all shows which was a super rewarding journey to go on each night.

In the UK, getting to see @aidanbakermusic and @sulkrooms do their thing night after night was a mega treat and with the magical @r_loomes opening in Scotland, the UK shows were some of the best we've ever done.

The European dates were a total blast too. An art gallery in Wuppertal, a sweet cafe in Gent, a loft above a posh restaurant in Luxembourg and a Jazz club in Tubingen. DIY touring at it's absolute best.

Thank you Matthias and Jurgen, Michel and the @cafedeloge staff + the @consouling family, Sam and the @d_kreiennascht crew and @clubvoltairetuebingen for some wonderful times.

We were also able to visit @roadburnfest on our day off (thanks to @beckylaverty for hooking us up a Birthday treat!) and it filled the well of inspiration to the brim with just awesome shit happening at every turn. Massive highlight was The Body & @dis_fig wrecking my insides and turning me into a mess in the best possible way.

So cool to see (but sadly not all in person) old and new pals doing amazing stuff at the festival too @exeih @_foudre__ @penelopetrappes @mercury_tracer @ingnodwetrust @chve_official

Special mention to @scroz79 for being with us and bringing the vibes in Europe.
